Fantastic location, peaceful and well-situated with plenty of hikes nearby. The welcoming and helpful reception team exceeded our expectations. The jacuzzi suite was incredible, exceeding all expectations.

The cost-benefit and the excellent use of nature to achieve well being and relaxation. Excellent location with plenty room for exploring new opportunities. I would introduce more out door activities for customers. Directions to the hotel are in need of improvement. Overall, a ver worth while opportunity- to repeat!

The apartments did not have cutlery. I found the water very expensive. Potable tap water should be made available.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bathtub on the covered balcony was the epitome of relaxation. The breathtaking view of the river from our room created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The room itself was super comfortable and immaculately clean. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and offered great value for money, especially the buffet dinner. The location of the hotel was secluded, which added to its charm, and the views were jaw-dropping. The presence of two pools was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were simply outstanding, offering exceptional service throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing and ideal for couples. We thoroughly enjoyed the hiking opportunities in the area. The suite with the hot tub was definitely worth the money we paid. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to return!

We had an incident when a child we were with cut there foot on a sharp tile in the pool, which meant they were unable to walk for the rest of the holiday!. Staff were very good - however I do feel senior management could have come and spoke to us about this!

The beach was a paradise for all water lovers, with crystal-clear waves perfect for surfing and snorkeling. The kids couldn't get enough of the exhilarating jet skiing, while my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing boat tour along the breathtaking coastline. The nautical adventures offered by the hotel allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty of the ocean and create unforgettable memories as a family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more organized games or activities for children at the hotel. This would have provided additional opportunities for our kids to socialize and make new friends while enjoying their time at the resort.

The food was excellent. The surroundings are amazing, it's an hotel to stay in Spring or Summer and take long walks through the countryside.

The SPA facilities are not the best in the world but they're quite fair.

Limited Children's Menu: The children's menu at the restaurant is not so good for youngsters. Too many fries and salty food.

We enjoyed the stunning location of this hotel, nestled in the hills and surrounded by fantastic maintained gardens that allow direct access to the mountains. The room we stayed in was a cozy and clean cottage, which had big rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a garden to sit outside. We were delighted with the natural light and views that our room provided. The hotel's dining room offers very nice breakfast and dinners, and the friendly and attentive staff, especially in the restaurant, left a positive impression on us.

This hotel is ideally located right in the hills, with stunning views of the mountains and river. It's also conveniently close to the next highway exit. The spacious rooms offer nice views and the breakfast is decent. The outdoor pool and sunbath area are comfortable, with plenty of greenery and sun loungers.

The indoor pool facilities are disappointing and the spa lacks proper lighting and staff.
